Wow. Favorite 80s song. So many to choose from. Gotta go with Take on Me by Aha. Great song and classic video as well.

 

yeah great song. Take on Me. Back when me and some friends worked at a Denny's we used to use that song as our anthem.

I love 80's music, so its almost impossible to pick just one!

seems like everyone has their own fancy. I made a 80s themes cd for a place a worked a bit ago, every song got a reaction from a different person. I think Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams was the most popular on that cd.

 

Thats cause summer of 69 is a great song. Like really great.

Haha and DJMC. Thats a great list of songs. Do you like what you do. Because I always thought that would be fun. I have worked with some pro audio companies but we all did live shows. Built the system from scratch though cut all the plywood wired everything. Was a lot of fun.

the first thing come in my mind is final countdown from europe...

 

When I came up with the concept of NON-CHEESY.....the job became fun again.

That is because people who hire me HATE the cheesy songs (Macarena, YMCA, Chicken Dance) as much as I do!

When your customers that hire you, think the same way as you do --- that makes your life so much easier!

 

can't stand a lot of 80's music because of the overuse of reverb on the drums.
