I Hate it when People State About Infringement. You could still sell it no sweat man.. Look your domain is Keyword Rich , but the Hyphen Kills it , you can Redeem it with your Content reviving your Image.. Being in the xxx Range. =]
Never have any trademark keyword in your domain name if you are targeting the same site. You can sell it to anyone that is interested (though you may not get more than the registration price) but that sale could still land you in troubles later, if ever the trademark owner wants to play with your pocket.
I don't think the hyphens kills it. This type of site depends heavily on SEO and SERP. Hypens or no hyphens has no difference.
Trademark infringement is an important point - that is why it's brought up. Companies will and DO take action against it. You can see countless stories right here on this forum alone.
