My PC is loosing hard disk space

Last week I deleted 600 MB of hard drive space and now 1 week later it is all gone somewhere on my system folder. I do not know what is put on all this space. I have really no Idea.

Give me your best shot for deleted old stuff like temp, old programs, memory, windows00 files anything out or in the book.

Try defragging your computer, clear the Prefetch folder and use EasyCleaner to clear the rest of the junk, including registry errors and your startup folder. more info see: Keep Your Computer Healthy

Run some spyware and virus scans aswell. If your losing memory it could also be a faulty harddrive with bad sectors, but hopefully it isnt. I suggest backing up some of your most important information just in case.

If a visus or trojan is making your space go down, run ComboFix - That will get of just about anything.
It sounds like you are having a problem with something being broken though, try Gary Utilities and give it a quick scan.

You may also want to check if you had a memory dump which may be taking all the space up.

    Best of luck!

Almost, I have had a couple on memory dumps on my laptop due to running to much stuff at once. I am not all that sure, but it is generally when you have 100% PC usage at one time. The computer than goes and does a memory dump so you don't lose any files but also have enough space for the other files; you may want to look it up for a better explanation.

So yeah, you will find the memory dump files somewhere inside your system files. They will generally be pretty big files, I have had a few 70-100mb files that were taking up space.

Other then that, I can't really say what it could be.
