Someone To Help Code An "Advertisement" Post On Wordpress Blog

I've got a blog and I want to be able to show an "Advertisement" post in between the posts displayed on my blog.
I've shown an image below of this being done on another blog:

I needed the same and used CG-inbetween plugin on one of my blogs. It was a WP 2.6.x blog or maybe even 2.5.x... It is gone now.

Some people have told me that they can do it but they just display an advert in blank space below my post, which isn't really what I wanted.

I want it like it shows in the picture - for the word "Advertisement" to be displayed, with a coloured background, and then for the advert to be shown in the center of this box.
