Well done, very useful tool. What I like most is how deep it digs as well as the importance rating for each factor which I found to be pretty spot on most of the time. That aside I like the layout and design of the results, its a lot of information and could easily be obfuscated but your layout & design make it easy to work with through the results.

Very good tool. One suggestion though on this one:

"14. Anchor Tag The page has more than 100 link(s)(0 are nofollow links). The search engines may assume that the page is a link farm. [ Importance: 2/5 ]"

This is a bit missleading, because my site has only three outbound links, all the others that your tool got there are links within my site. So IMO i would fix that so it only shows the links going outside of my site.

Yes I understand that, but if you have 100 inbound links, this will not make google think your site is a link farm. I believe Google only take notice if its outbound links.

Links to internal pages..

100 ANCHOR TAGS in the page is what i meant

This is what google says

"Keep the links on a given page to a reasonable number (fewer than 100)."
in http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769
