I dont think so this is INDIA, Just observe the nearby vehicals and people. Though this video claims that this is Made in India, but i suspect that its not from india [I do not mean that such incident can not happen in India.]
All the comments on Youtube say that this is not India, but it just doesn't matter. This donkey should never be loaded up like that. The sad thing is this is just one example of the way animals are treated all over the world.
