$50 Logo & Header image Contest

I a looking for a logo and background image for a new blog site I'm creating. Here's a link to the site in construction:

I want to replace this background image:

I'm open to your ideas. Here's mine; I'm envisioning something similar to what is there except the speaker graphics is changed to a flat screen monitor and the "waves" of musical notes is changed to "waves" of the products we will write about on the site. These products are all listed in the top navigation.

I want the logo to include the following: *.cheapused.com

The prize is $50 paid by PayPay.

I might enter this contest as well. I was wondering about payment though. You said "The prize is $50 paid by PayPay." Is that a typo for PayPal, or do you mean PayPay.com?

 

Yes that was a typo. The payment will be done through PayPal not PayPay. My bad. Thanks for the heads up.

 

lol, cool. I actually looked it up and there was a website similar to PayPal at PayPay.com so I was like, "?"

 

Okay, here is my work so far. I can provide it in a PSD so you can edit and I can change the lettering to any color, font or style that you want. Everything is in a separate layer so all aspects are editable.

Please don't get stuck on my original vision for the header background. I've gotten two entries (by PM) that are great and do not use my idea of the monitor with products flying out of it.
