CTR constantly more than 100%

I have a site that gets a few - about 5 a day- but extremely targetted visitors. Problem is that I often get above 100% CTR.

I wouldn't be surprised if I got 100% because visitors come from MSN and adsense provides better options for them but I wonder how it can be more than 100%.

By the way this site is about 3 months old and it has been the same since the beginning.

your account will quickly be under scrutiny by google. i would advise purchasing bogus traffic from some company to decrease your CTR and keep google off your back

That's not really a good advice...
Just get yourself some traffic from natural ways...
Advertise you site at your forum sigs everywhere, submit it to directories and stuff. ;) Just the regular ways to get some traffic :)

You can get over a 100% when a visitor clicks more than one ad. This sometimes happens on very niche sites where you have extremely interested visitors. If you aren't doing anything wrong, you'll be fine. If you suspect click fraud, then shoot google an email.

1st of all brother give me some part of your CTR :p

heheh just kidding around.. well i will prefer you to get some non clicking traffic from any of the sources like forums, orkut like communities, and mesengers and do it asap as once google put a black eye on you you might be DEAD from adsense

Also do mail google to know what might be the reason to safer your side

I am not doing anything wrong and I am certain that it is not a click fraud.

Do you guys know what happens if someone clicks back button and click an ad again, this is the only thing that I can think of.

I don't think they use right click because visitors shouldn't be computer geeks.

my advice IS good advice. it will lower your CTR quickly, and google won't flag your account. You can alway build more traffic through traditional methods to effectively lower your CTR, but buying 30,000 visitors for 5 bucks a month is faster and easier-especially if the purpose of your site is too make money from adsense.

Buying that kind of traffic is bad advice. It is against the TOS and will get your account banned.

30,000 visitors for $5 is a type of program that is going to get you in trouble with google or YPN. Note that the TOS includes "Impressions" - just not clicks. A high CTR will not be any problem as long as you aren't doing anything wrong.

    Prohibited Clicks and Impressions

Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks or impressions, incentives to click or to generate impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs.
