I woud like to remove ads from my first site, the site that I request an Adsense account. I have displayed ads on other websites and I would like to remove ads from first site.
    It is posible?
I need to remove ads from first site because this site make my account smart-priced. It hasn't traffic, clicks, impressions.

You can place/remove ads from any site you want.

Make sure your other site is not against Adsense TOS.

BigOne is telling right. If you want really remove the ads from your sites then only have two ways which you can use (1) Looks Like Hard: Edit your pages and delete all the Adsense codes from pages. (2) Very Easiest Way: Just request Google to close the Adsense account.

So if you willing to remove the Adsense ads from particular site, you have to follow what @BigOne is told.

big0ne is exactly saying right, it is my experienced. No doubt you can place or remove ads from any site, but just be attentive your site where you are gonna place ads should not be against the Google Terms

However, if everyone would read what the OP says, I don't think smart pricing is the problem here. His problem? Traffic. To whit:

    "It hasn't traffic, clicks, impressions."

If it don't have traffic, it don't get impressions, and if it don't get impressions, pretty hard to get clicks. Instead of starting over, why not try getting some traffic to the site?

Non sequiter...while this WILL work, the OP indicates that he wants to keep ads on his other site. Closing his adsense account won't really do that!!
