    I always get this error
"The account provided is ineligible for use with the option below. Please select another option"

when I'm transferring my domain to another godaddy registrant.

This is my first time to encounter that error.

Hope some one can help me.

If it is .ws than you can't transfer it! or if you have a domain in godaddy reseller than may be they prohibit the transfers. And if you update your registry info you need to wait to transfer the domain, or if you have less than 60 days till expiration

If its created in December then you have to wait until March at least for eligibility of transfer.

    Found a solution now :)
Just select the first option in account change "Enter new details: This option will allow you to manually specify what contact information the domain will inherit when the account change is completed."

it took 5 days from enom to godaddy and it was because enom didn't made the final approval, probably it's not related with godaddy it's related with your previous registrar's domain transfer policies

yeah i'm facing same problem too when my friend bought my domain and i want to transfer it to his account, so the only way too transfer it we should choose "enter new details" huh, yeah i've got response from godaddy when i contacting them and that's the only way, ah this is so boring, i must need all datas to get this works

yes i use the first option "enter new detail", you can put dummy infos in the company, address etc and let your buyer update it after the transfer.. just put your friends email and godaddy id and you're good to go.
