    Where can we get such ads in Adsense panel..

    Yes, I think those are premium adsense ads. I have heard using premium adsense account you can change the style of the fonts and overall structure of the ads.

    I think high traffic sites gets the privilge of having a premium adsense account ,is that right ? please anyone who know answer this , can i have a premium adsense account ?

    Me too. I am using adsense since more than a year and havent heard about premium adsense account. What is this and if there is a fee for premium adsense account, how will they charge this fee? from within adsense account balance? Please reply
