sell a domain name - help

Hi,

I am asking your guidance in selling a domain name. I purchased this domain name webdevbase.com planning to make a web development related forum.
As the time is not helping me at all I decided to sell this domain name. I found a buyer that offers $200.

Do you think it is reasonable to sell webdevbase.com for $200 or waiting more time for better offers would be better ?

Let's be serious webdevbase = web development base. For me this domain has lots of meaning and I find it very SEO for my niche

If you wait atleast one more year you can get more money.Older domains are more costly.

 

Install a forum on it.
Get some backlinks.

If I were you I would sell it and not wait. Not easy to get that kind of price for an undeveloped domain.

 

I just got another offer of $250. Not enough.
Supposing you want to make a web development site like digitalpoint is.. isn't webdevbase.com a very hard to find .com name ? So.. that's way I am not willing to sell it that easy. PR=0, backlinks=0 but the name sounds too good

LOL i think you are at least a year ahead of yourself . . . and im not refering to the members either . . . DP has been around for along time. . . and will be around for along time. Who said something about drupal... I never did it.. who said this is not a new domain name...

Do you think webdev is not too good but webdevelopment is good ? I believe both are great and for web developers these 2 have the same meaning.
