Thank you, this site was developed using E-commerce For Everyone. Its a web service designed specially for Amazon Associates. Here's another example site using the same service: www.mygourmetonline.com Hope this post was helpful. Happy Selling!, PuReWebDev
I've been thinking about using AOM for a while and I'll probably try out the lite version over the next couple days (it's on my to-do list). Did anyone else ever pay for E-commerce for Everyone and how did it work out?
Since the last post I've made in this thread, many new E4E sites have been developed. A few people here on dp use our service, but if you'd like to check out some of the site's we've done over the last year, feel free to take a look at our amazon associate showcase page, or my e-commerce blog for more info. You can also pm me if you've got a question. thanks, PuReWebDev
Keep in mind "Remote Shopping Cart" I think this is one of the biggest downfalls of all the scripts out there. You have to leave to checkout.. You can create a much better brand for YOURSELF and grow more if you can get people to trust you and NOT just Amazon. Ecommerceforeveryone.com keeps you on the page throughout the checkout.. Just sharing my thoughts!
If Ecommerceforeveryone would just sell me the application outright like AOM, it would be a no brainer for me to make the swithch. I really like the look and feel of Ecommerce4everyone alot. I already have hosting and don't want to change. This doesn't mean I wont change eventually.
Yup I do, I thought it was really good. But in reality it was a complete disaster... Visitors know that you are an affiliate as soon as they get checked out to the amazon page. -Charles
Actually with the new script they never need to leave the site. Also once they hit the site, your associate cookie stays for 24 hours, if they decide to not purchase and go straight to Amazon you still get credit. Having Amazon as your partner makes complete sense as they are recognized as a value and instill consumer confidence.
Been using the script for about 2 years now, worth every penny. However, I would strongly suggest setting it up on a subdomain of an already targeted blog or site. On it's own merit they get slapped with duplicate content pretty quick.
Bought the script few months ago but still working on it. Before my store goes live, they have came out with the latest version. LOL. Good things.
There are many other ways to drive traffic to the sites and earn revenues from them..most organic traffic is tire kickers and window shoppers. Something to remember is that finding the target market, is more important, than being at the top of a search engines organic results http://www.buylcdhdtvs.com/ 2 hours to complete........ What's taking you so long?????????
I have just downloaded the A-O-M script to a craft related website its on the dedicated server at the moment but i am struggling in setting it up does any one have any experiance on setting these scripts up,as i am looking to get someone who has set these up before,i am more than willing to pay but i require a price 1st and a look at some that you have setup after this site has been sorted out i will then look at possibly a further 5-6 setups as i have the domains in place already. Thanks
I have a few AOM stores set up. give me some more info on what you want accomplished and I'll send you a price
