The heaer is not as nice as it should be . The header color is a bit dull . But the menus on the right are nice.

It could definitely use a little more imagery, and a visitor should be able to get an idea of what you're about at first glance. It's not bad by any means though, I think you're on the right track, it just needs a little "you" in it.
