ask them 2K, not less. they are probably a big end-user, no evaluation needed you'll get what you can have, not what an expert will tell you
use escrow but ask if he really wants the domain if he does try get 750$ out of him, 550$ is a nice sum though but pizza is a generic keyword
I can visualize a pizza company that serves pizza in the AM. Perhaps they are open 24 hours. I would assume most pizza places are not open during most AM hours. Guy 1 "Hey dude, lets get a Pizza!" " Guy 2 "We can't it is 3:00am" Guy 1 "No call or go to Pizza.AM, they are open 24 hours" Just my 2 cents In the right hands this is brandable. Just my thoughts
From the alexa thumbnail seems the former owner might have been that of pizza.com since it seems identical. So if this is an end user sale I wouldn't buckle for anything under 1k. - gl
he offered only 700$ i countered with 855$ but by escrow. Should i sell it or hold it for 2 more years as i registered it 3 months ago.. But the sedo transaction fee is 150$ which is pretty high...Hey how it would be if i start an auction? currently it is at 700$, do you think any other guys will be interested in auctioning my domain? please advice me guys...
I think you got good offer with you. Just ask him to make Escrow payment and when Escrow asks you to move the domain just push it and get the money. Enjoy - Lucky dude.
he might be mafia.. and your info shows up on whois.. don't jerk a person around increasing the price everytime they agree to your new price.. Natalia Shvan 3w 32st lexington ave Manhattan NY, 10009 US
Eveything depends on development . May be he is a good developer and he know what he can do . Tell him to make one nice bid which suits both of you and go for it . In domain trading always remember that if you get good price 300%+ more than you must go for it . Don't wait and than invest that money again in other domain names . But you have capability of developing domain name than start working on it .
Since you countered at the $855 you should man up and sell it at that price. Granted you might be pissed in a few years about letting it go but that's life. What are your plans for the $855?
SELL for $855. you don't want the seller getting frustrated and backing out...$855 sounds like a good deal.
Man.. ask him for $850 instead. Tell him that you are giving it on a bargain price. Do a bargain. As for the escrow payment, you can give him the domain and if he doesn't pay, you can always get it back since you know the transfer code..
