I need GOOD writers for my team

I am a content writer and I am looking to build a small team to assist me. I would prefer to do all the work myself, but occasionally I just get too much work to handle. For this reason, I am looking for some people to help me long-term. As of right now, I only need about 2 people.
Requirements:
~You must be a native English speaker
~You must be online often
~You must have MSN messenger or Skype.
~You must write VERY WELL. I want very few mistakes
~You must be fairly fast. I will usually need turnaround times of 12-48 hours
~You must have a basic understanding of SEO writing, including proper keyword density and placement

The rates I pay will vary according to the quality of your work, but they will usually be around $0.01 per word, but again, it can be higher if you are good.
