    Well for me i dont like yahoo answers to get traffic, ive used it already but only few traffic i can get.
    so that is why im moving with another secret method to gain members and visitors :p

    I have been using yahoo answers, It is quite effective to get traffic provided your posts stick. I had many of my answers removed from there, dunno why (???)

    forum discussion is also useful to get backlinks for your website along with generating traffic. And, yahoo answer is nofollow so you won't get benefit of backlinks.

    sure. yahoo answers and answers.com are great sources for traffic. the questions you answer obviously determine how targeted the traffic is to your niche. use it to your advantage!

    not with all niche yahoo answers work out. i tried yahoo answers many times. once few questions are answered, then my account gets banned. so i think its better to answer very few questions per day.

    but the more question you answer the more traffic you get.

    exactly i also get banned twice on yahoo answer they don't like spamming but if you give very relevant answers to question with responsibility you can get lot of traffic from yahoo answer or answer.com

    I have used yahoo answers and I get some good visitors to my website.

    I wonder if you should spend more time answering a bunch of questions or just focusing on a few to get the best answer.
