As we said , all members registered through the proxy newsletter subscribe link of our proxy network. Then they had to verify by clicking the link in their email . Only such double opt in members are included in the list. So far we have Only used this list for promoting our new proxies. Results where very encouraging as most users are hungry for new proxies.
