How to make sitewide links in my site ?

    Hello,
    I have a regular HTML site, I want to sell few Sitewide links in it.
    At the moment I have included a menu.html in all my pages so if I put a link inside menu.html it appears on all pages, but is it really sitewide link ?
    If not , how can I do that without copy-paste the link on each page ?

    Sitewide links means the links will be visible on all page of your site/blog.
