    Site running on WordPress. Currently running on customized theme to make it look like a niche site instead of a normal blog. Content focuses on hotels, flights, and vacation deals. Contains seven simple but well-researched original articles, the rest are from articles web site. Currently not generating income and little traffic due to lack/no promotion done and lack of updates; all traffics currently comes from search engines. I'm selling this because I do not have time to maintain it and not interested in the niche anymore.

    Side info: Great income potential with possible ad sponsorship, and easy to brand. Will offer to re-install in your server free of charge AS IT IS.     I have just set up the site for auto-update, which means that content is created automatically, with a maximum of 50 articles a day. BIN still stays at $40.

    BIN is now lowered to $30. I'm currently working on promoting the site via directories to increase backlinks and traffic, so any potential buyer will definitely benefit by this.

    If traffic improves, I will be honest in saying that I will close this sale soon.

    no worry's, i just made a similar site and bought a brand new travel related domain and used the same plug in, the affiliate wordpress plugin and im just populating it with articles now, i have to say, thanks so much for introducing me to the sunpress wordpress theme and plugin, i give you reputation, sorry my offer was low this is due to the fact i already started to develop the site but i think i might buy some sites like this to use the system see if it works, nice to know yours is allready making money
