The page is sober but userfriendly as it should be. I think you can get more out of your ad placement. Consider the 468x15 adsense bar with white background somewhere between title and text, it does not disturb and has better ratings in general... Nice design I agreed. Btw, since it has to do with twitter, why not put an icon or a link and say like "Follow Twitize on Twitter".
really good design. love it. I also has use this in my twitty profile. and pls remove the www. part. overall, this site can go more further.
Very simple design white on blue. What puzzles me is why the main is white background yet the header is not but still on blue. Inconsistent styler, but a good site all together.
