Help me price my seo service

I've been contacted by a number of people since last year to do SEO for their sites but I am always hesitant to do... Now I decided I will take 2 projects... The requirement is as follows.

Website should be on top 5 of google search result after 3 months using 3 keywords . Each keyword has around 1 million search result as of this moment.

3 months of linkbuilding from blogs and forums with the target of 10k backlinks to both homepages.

With the time given and the moderate competition, I know I can bring his sites into google first page but how much should I ask?

I would say $500 for the whole project. This is a good service that you are offering, but you want to make it affordable.

 

How much would you charge for keywords with 500,000 search results?

If you need seo, PM me.. we will discuss it privately... SEO is expensive but there are always cheap and cost effective options... SEO company will ask you to pay at least $2k for that...

 

What if I ask you to rank my website on the 1st page of the Google and its having only 20000 search results with a keyword.

The required result needs 3 months of work of at least 4 hours a day... would you accept such payment?... really non-sense post... Oh boy, your $30 is good only for 200 to 300 link directory listings.. and it would not give a good result and can be done within 2 days...

Who the hell will accept $50 for 3 months work? Analyze before you post please and do not post just to increase numbers... You are not making sense..

I'm ALREADY on Googles 1st Page! But want to move up from position 5 to #2! So it appears, i have done the "hard" work.

 

Putting your site is google is easy... moving up is another thing...

 

I think you may have answered your own question.... 4 hours a day x how many days per week x how much are you worth per hour.

I won't work for anyone for less than $25 per hour.

 

That's pretty much the only reasonable way of doing it unless you want to pick a number out of the sky.

never mind how many search results there are, how competitive is it?

they are not necessarily that related.

 

It depends on how many links the competitors have.

chateau auch is no 1 for chateau auch - 1.6m results (plus other different keyword searches) with 1 link from a tourist office and 2 small unrelated links. It is only pr1 and I have achieved this with internal SEO only. For other - different - keyword combinations the top sites have 40-70,000 links and are pr4 or pr5.

The keywords are competitive and it would require thorough analysis... there are around 2 million searches...

 

i agree with this and would maybe go up from here but definitely not down.
