See, that is what I am talking about. 1 person asks, then they all do. I don't have the time to give everyone "5-10 links." Sorry, but you will have to wait for the reporting software.

 

To be honest, if I had know ahead of time there was no report of where my links would be, I would not have bought, even though the price is minimal, I have no clue where my links are. Though you say you don't spam them, how am I to know?
I'm not trying to really be negative, but your comment "1 person asks, then they all do." is really a rude comment to people you hope to be your clients.

 

i guess I MIGHT be interested once a reporting software is integrate then AFTER some reviews from that, cause you customer service skills REALLY suck. I am even more hesitant to buy because not 1 person on here gets a sample or gets to see 1 place you added the link

 

It has been three days, a few pms to both of you, you have been online since my last pm, and still no credit in my account. The amount is minimal, but you will find my payment when paypal notify you of a dispute tomorrow.

 

My apologies for coming off as rude... Simple fact is that we don't have the man power to handle each and every one of our customers requesting even so much as 5-10 links.

In the meantime, why not just pay a little extra attention to your stats to see the incoming links?

You said you never purchased... right? If you look at WF, BHW, or any other forums, you'll see the level of service and satisfaction.

Just a quick comment (and this will be my last), how am I to know my incoming links are from your service if I don't have a report? I use other methods to build backlinks, so your advice above is actually not relevant.

You need to realize that people are not asking for reports because they are lazy or want to bother you, but there are many reasons, example is the one above.

I purchased a the 20,000 package. The website says all 20,000 links have been placed but of course no report is available. I use various tools to track inlinks to my sites and they are not showing anything new.

I will wait three more days for the links to show up or for DimensionSEO to provide me a full report before I give a negative feedback and got o paypal to get a refund.

DimensionSEO - this is probably when you want to get those reports out or, if you are a scammer, withdraw your paypal funds quickly.

 

Oh and just for the record, if it turns out to be a scam, it's scriptillusion that should get the bad iTrader for posting this thread not the brand new SEO_Developing user.

I'm pretty sure that either they are the same person, or that scriptillusion got paid to post this and therefore should get the iTrader. I wouldn't have forked over the cash if it weren't for his +150 flawless iTrader.

What happened to waiting 3 days?

Backlinks take time to be indexed by search engines. Thus, making a total of 5 days of waiting for links. Any SEO company will tell you that 5 days is simply not enough time to wait for links to be indexed.

What he is doing is FRAUD. You cannot blackmail a service provider for a service you were never promised. We promised backlinks, not a detailed report.

We have asked that people remain patient while we implement a reporting system. We never said anyone would get a detailed report.

That does NOT give him the excuse to file a dispute to get his money back AFTER the service has been provided!

Since you cannot produce any real satisfied customers (reputable members of this community) nor you can provide any evidence that you are providing any service at all (a campaign ID is not evidence) - I rest my case.

In addition, you have violated our privacy by posting the URL in question in public.

 

If you have also been scammed by Alan, I suggest you file a paypal dispute as well before he withdraws the money from the paypal account and it cannot be refunded. If he ends up producing reports or evidence of any sorts that they are providing the service they claim to provide, you can always withdraw your claim.

 

Produce real satisfied customers? What are we going to do, email everyone and ask them to post in this thread? Give me a break and do your research. If you did, you'd find plenty of them.

Violate your privacy? YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT FRAUD! You don't purchase a service, and then charge it back because there wasn't a report provided (even though it was never promised in ANY way).

The only scam here is you trying to scam us out of 20,000 backlinks. Consequently, the largest package we have.
