    Hey,

I attached my Kontera results for the days I've been running it. I'm trying to give them a fair chance to be the no. 2 earner for my main site. I already run Adsense and luckily kontera hasn't affected my Adsense clicks ..else this little experiment woulda been over long ago :D

My site is general news, sports, etc about my small country and I get about 75-90,000 page views per day. According to Google Analytics, an average of 60k of those come from the US/Canada/UK.

I've talked with my rep and I'm giving him 10 more days. What do you guys think ?

I already do well with Adsense. I'm looking for something that's compatible with Adsense for additional income.

Then you may want to go textads but if its just supplemental and your adsense is not suffering I would say your doing pretty good. Alot of factors here that could influence my decision.
How much adsense were you making and making now on the site.

Why don't you join some of the cpm ad networks, they will pay you just for displaying their ads on your site.

Since you get about 75,000 to 90,000 page views per day, on average you will earn an additional $12 per day.

So you can run the AdSense, Konotera, and the additional cpm ad network.

For cpm my first recommendation is Snoork Ads (http://ads.snoork.com/) and my second recommendation is AdBrite (http://adbrite.com) - not so good rates for cpm with AdBbrote thought.

Most of them are compatible with AdSense I believe.

I've used Kontera for months and what happened was it didn't wreck the adsense clicks.

There is something you will find out, though. It'll look good for awhile but as soon as it reached about $20 your are probably going to see it start to shorten the money you get until its absolutely crawling at the point to taking a year to even get one payment.

Who the heck is that? axill??

you know what, you are wasting your traffic.
you are sending your visitors away from your site for what ?? how much ?? do the math.

Here is my results with infolinks for this week only :

your Kontera Results: from 17/12/2008 to 15/01/2009
    Clicks : 4831 ---- Revenue: 198.2$

My Infolinks Results: from 10/01/2009 to 16/01/2009
    Clicks : 927 ---- Revenue: 200.47$

don't waste your traffic for 0.04$ click or less, you have a very good traffic, try Vibrant Media or Adbrite or Infolinks.com

That's exactly what I'm seeing. I'd be perfectly happy with a eCPM of like $1-1.50 ...does no one do well with Kontera? From what I've seen it's only the likes of John Chow and similar.

Waiting on approval from them ...but i'm not too excited about their sliding pop up links.

becareful !!! yes they can take your money, and you not going to get paid, read their terms !!!!

When you registered to join Kontera, you agreed to our Terms of Service which stipulate a required 30-day notice prior to your pulling the Kontera tag from your site; failure to provide due notice and to maintain full tag coverage for the 30 days results in a hold on your account revenues until you clarify with us.

this what you should do :

Send them email that you want to terminate and close your account and you are giving them notice. and make sure to get a confirmation from kontera about it, and confirmation you will get your payment.

if you don't do that, kontera will hold your account and take all of your money.
