Traffic through RSS and Squidoo

Ok, I have a few questions.

    1. I want to submit my blogs to free RSS areas. I don't however want to download software to do it. Is there a credible and effective place out there to do this?

    2. I have been making a Squidoo lens here and there to show my writing style and hopefully as a by-product... bring some eyeballs to my blogs. Does this method help any of you generate traffic?

    3. Is there any suggestions people out there can give me to bring my daily uniques up from 10-20 a day, to possibly 100-200 a day? I don't want to do anything black hat... so hopefully there is a legit way you could suggest.

    Thanks! :)

    2. Using Squidoo generates traffic to my blog. You can add Squidoo's RSS module to your lens and display the feed from your blog with it.

    3. Keep posting to your blog regularly. As your posts are indexed by Google, more and more highly targeted traffic will arrive via specific searches. This is the best kind of traffic youi can get, as those arriving at your blog via searches are finding exactly what they're looking for.

To get more leverage from squidoo you should create lens by writing content that is highly keyword optimized.

    1. RSS submission is a waste of time. No traffic, almost no backlinks either.
    2. Squidoo could bring you 10-20-50 visitors a day and provide backlinks.
    3. PPC or SEO. You don't need other traffic.

Squidoo has just a page with PR7. We have to promote it too.

There are a few other good ways to generate traffic to your site as well, if used right.

    1. Blog commenting

Blog commenting is a very good way to generate traffic to your site. Find prominent blogs in your niche and comment on freshly released posts. The idea is to get in early (i.e. be one of the first 5 comments) and make a superb comment which will in turn will compell people to visit your site.
    2. Yahoo Answers
yahoo answers can generate a massaive amount of traffic to your site if done right. But make sure you don't always refer to your site as the source or it will look like your just trying to get traffic to your site rather than provide a genuine answer.
    3. Forum Posting
What better way to get traffic to your site than posting in forums? Lots of people look at forums and your post gets viewed by a number of different people. Remember to post in specific forums which relate to your niche again.

    Hope this helps! :D
