New to Affliate Marketing.. looking for CPA that has paypal payment

Hi all, I apologize in advance if these are stupid questions but I am looking for a CPA program which pays via paypal, and has a relatively low minimum payout.

Also, if possible I am looking for a program which does not require tax id forms or SSN (or possibly one that just does not check the SSN) as I am not really comfortable giving these out online.

I don't know of any legitimate programs that exist which don't require SSN. As to whether they check it or not, some are probably more lax than others, but at some point you'll have to submit your real information because they have to turn it into the IRS when they do their taxes.

Of the CPA programs out there, my three favorites are in my signature. Of those three, I believe only CPALead does Paypal payments. I would heartily recommend CPALead (I've written a thread on here before talking about how much I like them), so if you do decide to join and would like some help, use my affiliate link and give me a PM and I'll help you out.

There are plenty of information on what is CPA and how it works. I suggest Googling around prior signing up.

Yeah Hydra is good and they pay via paypal.

 

There are a lot of offshore affiliate programs which could not care less about your SSN or the IRS. A lot of them offer CPA deals for referring gambling or forex traffic. Take a look at eToro which is a forex affiliate program offering $200 CPA (among other things) and they pay out by PayPal, NETeller or Moneybookers. The last two are better because they are not US based.

There are also many casino affiliate programs that pay CPA and don't care about the IRS, but they don't use PayPal and they are not as profitable as they used to be before 2007.

But most of the time they won't accept newbies of affiliate marketing.
