The main directory seems crowded, and the icons look like they were resized instead of designed for 16x16. There's this big blue space over the crowded directory. I don't think Microsoft will be happy to see you incorporating the IE logo into your logo. In brief - once it makes $500, spend $150 of it on a graphic designer.

It needs headers or boxes or something. It takes about 4 seconds of staring at it before your eyes focus and figure out whats what. Cool site though and best of luck.

a more professional template.

 

I'm not sure why there's so much empty blue space in the logo area. The directory seems professional, but the ads seem innocuous.
