Problem in installing articledashborad script

I am facing problem in installing a simple article script provdided by http://www.articledashboard.com/

Here is the path to install it http://www.ezine-hub.com/admin/install.php
I have filled up all the info there and when i hit "Install" button it give some error. I don know what error is that , any help regarding this is highly appreciated.
