Yesterday i got an offer regarding domain "PIZZA.AM" . I asked 1000$ for it but he said he would buy it for 500$, he said he would pay me through escrow, is this the fake buyer or is it the real deal? i am new domainer i never sold anything on internet so am kinda freaked... Please advice me.... what should i counter offer? or should i accept the offer or should i hold it? because i registered this domain 3 months ago.. Thank you...
what am i getting half? i registered this domain for 67$ 3-4 months ago.... and someone mailed me to buy this domain for 500$!!! what should i do now? TY for rep
Oh yes, how would be if i suggest him to go through sedo? Guy's you're getting me wrong, this guy's legit, i know it but the problem is what should be the appropriate price?
Thanks for rep but what if i could hold onto for 2 or 3 years and then i can expect 5k$ or more? [ i know this guy needs badly this domain & he would even buy it for 1k$ now itself ]
Dont try get to greedy. Usually never works that way but you can try. Maybe try haggle with him like go for 850 and its a deal and see where he goes from their.
If you feel so then ask $1000 itself... I dont think it will fetch $5k.... as its not a premium domain....
And hey.. I did a quick search.... have u gone thru this result.. A&M Pizza Restaurant ampizzalebanon DOT com who knows maybe they are the ones whos is trying to acquire the domain....
you're right!! they owned ampizza.com and now they want pizza.am .....it looks like an end user sale...so as they are very much interested in the domain i think i should increase my asking price ....[shit, i asked for 1k only, i think they can even pay 3k for it....] what should i do now?
If you really feel they will pay $1k or $3K then tell them you want to do, or did a professional evaluation of the domain. If you are honest you really can get one done and share the results with him, if you are not so honest you can say it got evaluated at $5k... keep in mind though they may be able to see through you and may have already done a professional appraisal. One other option, if you are positive they are an end user and positive they are willing to pay big for it... tell them you changed your mind, tell them you forgot you had it listed for $1000 and that you aren't that motivated to sell. If you drop the "not motivated to sell" offer on the table that pretty much sends a clear signal to them to lay all their cards on the table and let you know what they are willing to pay. Then you can go from there... but do realize they may walk away and if you have to go crawling back to them they may play hardball with you and try to get you to sell it for $300. Negotiations are tricky touch and go things. But I wish you the best with it.
Just now they bidded on my domain in sedo for 500$ what should i do now? http://www.sedo.com/search/details.php4?domain=pizza.am&partnerid=14460&language=e what should i counter offer? i can't start an auction because i should sell the domain forcibly for auction ending price... what if it doesn't shoot over 500$ in auction? what to do?
I may be wrong, but if you already put it on Sedo you may be legal obligated to sell it for whatever price it goes for.
They are probably reading this thread right now. Your Alexa Rank is crazy for only being 3 months old. I would hold onto it for a hot minute. Get a professional evaluation before selling. Show that to the buyer and tell them what you want. Next move: Evaluation.
