Yesterday i got an offer regarding domain "PIZZA.AM" . I asked 1000$ for it but he said he would buy it for 500$, he said he would pay me through escrow, is this the fake buyer or is it the real deal? i am new domainer i never sold anything on internet so am kinda freaked...

Please advice me.... what should i counter offer? or should i accept the offer or should i hold it? because i registered this domain 3 months ago..

    Thank you...

Nope, this guy's the real deal but the problem is do i have to sell it or not? 500$ is enough? because the reason i registered this domain www.Pizza.AM for developing "Morning Pizzas" website but due to lack of time i couldn't do it.. i also had an idea of making a website "www.Pizza.AM/PM" - Pizzas for Morning/Evening as the reason pizza.com sold for 2.6 Million Dollars...

Of course you don't have to sell, it's up to you as you're the owner!

But if it was me, if you're not gonna develop, I would seriously consider the $500 offer based on the very limited reported sales of this ccTLD, the low valued sales & the $50/year renewals. You've made something like a 1,000% ROI in 3 months, not bad IMO. See below:

    Exam am $900 Aug 08 Sedo Auction 1 4 N N http://Exam.am Sedo
    CR am $900 May 08 Sedo Auction 2 2 N N http://CR.am Sedo
    LX am $833 Apr 08 Sedo Auction 1 2 N N http://LX.am Sedo
    Flowers am $500 Jan 08 Sedo Auction 1 7 N N http://Flowers.am Sedo
    Audio am $160 Dec 07 Sedo Auction 1 5 N N http://Audio.am Sedo
    Law am $950 Feb 07 Afternic 1 3 N N http://Law.am Afternic

Using an Escrow service is definately the way to go with a buyer that you don't know. Personally, I would use Escrow.com & get buyer to pay 100% of fees.

Agreed. Use ecsrow with the buyer pay 100% of escrow fees.
You should take the offer but with a bit of haggle. Let's say ask him for $750 or any value that you think you are ready to let go of the domain. But if you think you can get the domain develop and potentially earn you money, then hold it.

.am is not highly wanted, take the $500 and run imo.
