KasperSky Internet Security 2009 (Problem!!!)

    Recently is changed my kaspersky internet security program to 2009 version but it's unable to update itself !!!

    - I changed >> internet (there was no good respond !!!)
    - I used vpn too (there was no good respond !!!)
    - I change dns (there was no good respond !!!)

    But it's still unable to completely download the updates.

    And It's an original version !!!

    Before i had kaspersky 2008 internet security but there was no any problem like above !!!

    Is there any one who have this problem, and how to resolve it ?

    I have had some trouble with KIS, I posted my problem here:

    Their support staff are quite cooperative, and responses come fast usually

    There is more than 1 hour i'm trying to register my self on http://forum.kaspersky.com/ !!!!

    For registering there is a security question as follows:

    Please enter the following number > ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN < just the three digits only, without any spaces


    And i typed >> 143

    but it said >> it's wrong :eek: !!!!

    is it a game !!! or their forum technical problem ?!

    Kaspersky have some problems like this are you specific about this anti virus only , try avast its free and good software compared to this

    I think you must look for their contact number to call them directly and ask them. If that still doesn't work try to look for another Anti Virus.

    i sent this problem as a ticket by logging into my client area in kaspersky main website. but still i'm waiting... what's going on on the kaspersky!!!?? they leave support and all the benefits for 2009 services! if you check my first post date. you can easily know. how long am i waiting for kasper support answer. i leaved it forever and i tried avast. it's free and great. thank you engineerroy2008

    their support forum is great. KIS does a very nice combo with Malwarebytes Anti-malware, highly recommended.
