Re-design my website

    Dear DP members,

    I need to re-design my travel website's logo and the layout of my whole website using CSS styles. Current website (http://www.nz-tourism.com) is in plain HTML and PHP. I´m looking for someone with an artistic flair who is able to design a modern website professionally no doubt, but is also able to incorporate elements of style, icons, photos and all what is needed to look professional. Sites need to be SEO friendly and prefer text link navigation menus and prefer green background.
    Moreover I need to create fast loading flash 3 maps (same maps, with different linkings)
