when i signed up with your october core special, i was told that i will be given a dedi ip. but the time i signed up it was not available. until now i do not have a dedi ip. im confused why you are giving new clients a dedi ip but your previous clients were not alloted one yet. Sorry for asking but i would really need to know and appreciate if your past customers can get the free dedi ip too

 

As far I can remember, you didn't purchase a Master reseller. Dedicated IP is/was only available for the master reseller purchases. Secondly, If the server where the reseller is put on left behind for the new purchases, then no more Ips are given on that server.

I think mellow host doesnt even allow Live Chat Scripts..thats what i heard around..

Free domain reseller means, there is no setup/monthly fees for the domain reseller. You need to put money on it first before being able to sell domains.

Chat scripts causes high load and memory usage on the server, so we specifically recommend to use hosted live chat application instead of hosting it on our server.

Public Chat sites are not allowed.

I've had great service at mellowhost for several months now. I do have a custom hosting solution though very far above any $6.95 per month since I'm hosting some larger sites, but they really know their stuff with server configuration and tweaking, and that if something is important at any type of host.

 

Mellowhost is by far, the best hosting provider I've been with. support people are always very polite.

Didn't have any regrets transferring over at mellowhost. I hope they will be as good as they are now in the future.

I think mellowhost has gone now, becauase they did'nt answer my tickets issues.

here are the issues and the compliant messages:
1. database errors -

"Server too busy. Please try again later.
i visitors are complaning, i can not log in to the database as well it says Server too busy. Please try again later."

2. Email - sending emails to gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. bouncing back.

"hello,

the old problem has arised again. we can not send any email to yahoo,hotmail. we have two domains hosted in same hosting packege.

plese attain the problem as early as possible"

3. Misc Errors -

They got slowness or droping the connection into 500 internal error.

I hope through this public announcement they act now ASAP.

 

I am not sure why you thought that. and got banned after a while. Anyway, If you are a customer of MH, you are free to open a ticket, and we will investigate all matter for you.
