Would this boost my SERPS?

    Lets say I am optimising for a particular keyword would this url be good to boost the site in the SERPs?

    www.keyword-indomain.com/keyword/keyword.html

    Or would this be too spammy for Google? Experienced SEO folks, let me know your thoughts....
