[PHP] Need a 10 question quiz programmed

    I'm looking to have a 10 question quiz programmed in php.

    The quiz will feature:
    - 10 questions with 2-4 answers for each question (I already have the questions, answers, & values in wordpad doc)
    - each answer will have a different assigned value
    - The values will add up to a number between 0 and 100, and output a result for the user.
    - The end result will be a graphic (which I've made), that features the user's score. In addition, it will output some html code to insert the graphic and text into a blog/myspace profile/website etc.
