    LMAO... its amazing.. this reminds me of my call centre life;)
    i was team leader and i started as junior call centre (telemarketing) executive for USA and UK campaigns.. t'was tough life but i miss em:(
    i wish i can go back to call centre for 1 day and have all that fun with making customer so pissed off .. lolz
