Hi all heres my issue in my blog when I do a post in the url is relevating to dog-trainers.us/blog/03/dog-care-training-how-to-stop-dogs-from-shedding/ it should be going to ____>dog-trainers.us/blog/dog-care-training-how-to-stop-dogs-from-shedding/ can any one tell me how to make it so it relevates correctly like this one dog-trainers.us/blog/dog-care-training-how-to-stop-dogs-from-shedding/ instead of this one the error dog-trainers.us/blog/03/dog-care-training-how-to-stop-dogs-from-shedding/
Seems like an issue dealing with properly structuring your permalinks...goto the permalinks section within youw WP admion and see if you can fix the issue there.
You need to change permalink. use this in permalink instead of what you are using now . /%postname% read full guide here - http://www.wmrzone.com/2008/07/seo-wordpress-urls/
exactly you just need to alter your permalink structure and use as described by Armaan143 it will definitely help...
I added that in the data base of my server it did not work errors all over the place the urls did not work also so I added this back ... here .... '/%monthnum%/%postname%/ vs '/%monthnum% im totally confuesded where you meant to change this in server or in WP admin??
log into your wp-admin goto to settings goto permalinks choose custom structure /%postname% Save Changes You may have to add a small snipet of code to your .htaccess, it will tell you if you need to do this after you save.
