You can use them to get your site listed quick but do you want your site listed or your keywords to rank? Work on quality backlinks, spend your money there instead of a submitter software, besides that you can get free software all over the place to submit your website. Study seo and make your site quality the work on backlinks. This is a tried and true method, one good backlink and your indexed with all the search engines and you dont have to fill out all the information they require.
