Where do you get your coders from?

    I know there is rentacoder.com

but where do you guys get your coders from?

I am interested in hiring some type of programmer from a service like this, do you know what other similar sites are out there? And tell me what you guys are using out there!

    Thanks!

To be perfectly honest- I'd say Odesk.com.
The price is right, and so is the service.
