There are plenty of products on getting a relationship...guygetsgirl, seduction4idiots and a bunch of others for women come to mind. You could make a more attractive product in helping solve problems involving relationships, like the get your ex back or igniting your love life kind. Just a suggestion: the friendship niche hasn't been breached yet, so a product on how to make friends in a new location (new country/neighborhood/college/school/workplace) would do real well, so too would products on how to solve friendship crises or getting a lost friend back.

Most relationship products are good to invest in. Dating is quite big at the moment. The gravity might not show a high number on all of them but most of them are making a lot of money.
In relationship issues people like to discover new method and tips. So, it will be long lasting product.
