I am looking for a place to buy a logo, and maybe new designs for the banners. Where should I go for the best price for quality?
Put a competition so you can possibly get more selections and pick up the designer to customize it well, else request for designer in Templates Section here or any freelancing website. If you are ready to spend huge money, probably goto the professionals who would charge you around $300 - $500 for complete package but you get the best result for money invested. Cheers, Dreamchaser

Remember spec work is not fair on designers or a way to get good design. You would'nt expect customers to take products from your shop and only come back and pay if they liked them and thaught they were better than your competitors. www.no-spec.com
