Paypal Limited Account Issue. Help Me. Plz... I've no docs with me.

Just send all document, i'm sure you will get your paypal resolved. For people that use vcc, remember you digit number and contact your vcc provider for helping you to profide cc statement. Other document likes photo id and addres proof are simply, you can get it shortly.

 

for 6 months paypal will lock and after then it will allow u to add bank account where u can transfer all cash

 

only US local bank ? or worldwide ? or any NEFT featured banks ?

 

If you're under 18 years old you'll not see your money until you're 18 years old. It's against PayPal's terms of service -- you have to be an adult! Also, if you don't provide them with at least one document they ask for, you can forget about your money.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but I know what I'm talking about. An underaged friend of mine once had the same problem - however, he was 17 years old and waited until he was 18, then he provided them with a photo of his identification card and finally, his account was unlocked.

@Tauren: I hope you must have noticed my woes with paypal in another thread. Despite providing everything they've asked for, my verified account still remains limited

 

i provided everything to them aswelll i dont get any replies from them even..
been limited since december 27 . not a single reply even if i sent them all documents they required.

got 2k$ in there

anyone who can solve this for me i pay 100$bucks

Seems like a lot of people are having this problem. I know to lift paypal limits
you can provide them with a valid landline number which acts and lifts some of
the limits.

 

well its just strande they dont even reply my mails they required proof valid photo id.. and passport and proof of my legaladress i upploaded copies of everything and sent them a mail.
no replies.

 

When I forwarded my fax sheet to them, along with my bank statements, I had provided my landline number as well, the same that I had used while signing up, despite that I received the reply, appeal denied... any other suggestions?

 

y r u not calling them on phone ???????? instead of mails ?


I've got mail from them in just 50 seconds after talking on phone.

 

anyway, i decide to upload this :

invoices --> i will using screenshot of transaction ID and upload it
supplier contact info --> because this problem is caused by some transaction with people named "ge***" and "gan****", i will upload their contact info

hopefully that 2 doucment is accepted

 

Were your problems resolved after contacting them over the phone? And what did they ask for? I mean what documents did they ask you to provide or whether the problems were resolved over the phone itself?

I have to provide the documents to them within 6 months ( 180 days ). This time is enough for me. I can get back my acc. restored.

 

This one takes the first prize. My account is still limited and this is the information I received from `Echosurvey' who conduct surveys for and on behalf of Paypal.
