I think she's basically saying she isn't going to cave to the pressure of "you must be thin and perfectly proportioned if you want to be beautiful" and I say props to her for loving herself for who she is.

On the other hand, it sounds a bit like giving up as well.

Instead of looking for the perfect vitamin or magic pill to make you bee the person you want to be, why not give yourself the gift of a well balanced, nutritious diet?

I'm not trying to be your mom here, but check this out....if you went to see a dietitian local to you and told them what I'm about to, they'd likely charge you $50 and then restate what I'm saying.

If you are say 5'-3" tall and 180 pounds and perfectly happy with how you look and feel, step is to go to a doctor and have a physical and maybe some blood work to check your cholesterol and your blood sugar levels and all that.

If that's cool, get your nutrition plan set up so eat 4-6 healthy, well balanced meals per day every day. Well balanced must have protein, clean carbs, fruits, vegetables, a little dairy and a little fat (not fat from Big Mac's but fat from say ......fish)

There is a formula for determining how many calories and your BMR (basal metabolic rate). If you stay at that number, your weight and body fat will remain the same.

If you want to LOSE fat and weight, lower the calories a bit and increase the amount of physical activity you do each day and watch the pounds melt away.

How much to lower the calories by? 500 to lose 1 pound per week and 1000 to lose 2 lbs per week.

Maybe not what you wanted to hear but here's the real deal...the info above totally negates the need for every single diet pill, gay little exercise contraption, lame fad program you've ever seen and heard about.

Burn more calories than you take in and you lose weight plain and simple.

Totally awesome if you are happy and want to stay where you are but if you get all of your nutrition from the food you eat, you will be healthy and full of energy and will thank me in years to come :)

Stick with lots os calorie and nutrient packed foods

like nuts all kinds of them. Almonds peanuts walnuts also fruits are high in calories ans cheese it has lots of proteins and vitamins. Also stick with lean meats they have vitamins and lots of protein to gain weight.

But also do some exercise it will help you gain weight lifting

    this is very true.
you need a rich but healthy nutrition...I know that pistachio, almonds, nuts, peanuts, figs, raisins, dates have a lot of calories and they are very healthy.
eat those and you'll gain some weight for sure :D

Don't ask for this information on the internet - go to a doctor, have your blood examined (do it every 6 months) and they can tell you exactly if you need additional vitamins and which ones.
Just knowing you're fat is not enough info - if and which vitamins you need depends on the food you eat..
