I hope I don't have a penalty, my website's main page isn't showing up on Google, however the other pages to my site are coming up.

I recently re-designed the homepage, and hope this didn't mess anything up...

I do not have any link partners or anything like that, and didnt do "keyword stuffing" or anything...

I read about 5 posts on here its happened to other people too, all who re-designed their homepage...

Is it possible that Google is just adjusting to the new homepage? I hope so!

Yes I did, I took the content from 2 other pages of the site that were keyword rich, and put it onto the homepage, in addition to what was on there.

And yes I just checked I still have the same PageRank 3

I had the web developer move some of the new content, because it looked cluttered anyways, and I am trying to get the page back to how it was before --- but the web designer I have is very unresponsive

I worked real hard on this site, my traffic is literally next to nothing. I checked Google analytics, and only my subpages are getting traffic.

That is the problem. If you took content from pages in your site that were already indexed and put them on your homepage Google will only display one of the content versions and almost always the original.
Seems to be a duplicate content issue.

Of course you will be indexed again. Just rewrite the text with the keyword based traffic and your PR3 homepage will reappear in about 2 days.
