A Paypal account is valuable. If you want to make another account, you will require another bank account. You can judge for yourself what you need to do. BTW did you have a talk with Paypal customer care as yet? If other too share their discussions and how they managed to resolve their `restricted yet legal' accounts, it would be helpful for the community.

If you are not planning to use account in future then leave it . But IMO atleast call them its toll free so that you can know why they had limited it and what they need .

WHich trick you had used . Can you share it here

I'll share once my business ac gets un-limited again.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope someone who has experienced talking with Paypal's customer care and have resolved their problems post their views.

If you had received a payment from one of your friends in the recent past, just refund it and ask them to pay through another source. I think this is the trick :)

If you had your account limited, you broke their TOS most likely.

Call them again, tell them you want to know why, and majority of the time PayPal tends to open the account back up.

Doesn't matter how long it is, please share the trick... i have an account limited with almost $900, and they ask me for invoices and suppliers information... i provide online services, and write/modify php scripts, so i don't have invoices nor suppliers, and their customer service sucks big time, i've told them that i don't have that kind of infos due to the way i work, but they just don't care :(

    Please help me here!!

Obviously if you need to use Paypal then get it unlimited. Its so easy to do business with Paypal and if you are going to transfer money online then I would do it with them.
