I could possibly help you out. I code the website and my friend does all the design. If interested, post back.
Fryman: Try Ramakrishna. His work is great! He is reliable and trusted too and doesnt takes payment until person is satisfied.
Fryman, honestly? Stay the hell away from sites like rentacoder and freelancer Go look at some CSS Design galleries or the like. Csszengarden.com Cssgallery.com CSsreboot.com Find something that catches your eye and contact the person who developed the site. That's how I found the designer who I'm currently working with. www.JP33.com It might be a bit more expensive, but look at the quality of work.
lol why are you trying to send the guy away from digitalpoint Try posting here. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=60 There are quite abit of talented designers here. Should not be a problem. http://projectjock.com
I agree with Sigma- Sitepoint.com is a solid place to find a designer. If you want the cheapest of cheapest, then try the getafreelancer.com . But there is nothing wrong with Sitepoint. They do charge $10 for you to post a hiring but that really isn't much considering alot of people will apply for your inquiry.
I would suggest WorldImpulse on the forum itself.....it was great working with his team....he got me 3 sites done. I would recommend him !! Cheers ! !
I would suggest getacoder.com....They seem to have very good people there that could get the work done.
I can't say about the rest of the lot but, I have worked on Scriptlance for long. If you value your money...stay out of it as far as possible. I have worked there both as a programmer and webmaster and they do have BIG BIG FLAWS in their system. Keep your eyes open and check out their own forum, you will understand what I mean. Wondering if I have reallu worked or not there? Well here are my reviews - scriptlance.com/cgi-bin/freelancers/feedback.cgi?p=hexadesigns Good Luck!
May be i can help you ,I am based in India too We did this for our client's in USA Pm me if you are intrested
Hey, I wasn't trying to steer away from here at dp but Fryman's been around for a while and I figured there was a reason he wasn't looking here... besides, stating the obvious isn't something I'd think about doing in these forums Lisa
