Video Submitting for backlinks?

I signed up for trafficgeyser a few months ago, which submits your video to most of the popular video sites. The site seemed to imply that the links on the page would serve as backlinks while also allowing the video to rank on google. I have had some success, but only with one product. Are links from youtube, livevideo, and such worth the time?

I think it can worth it, but you have to do a video that will be good enough to get many views.

Video submissions for me is more into traffic and site's popularity. Does the video site you are referring allows anchor text or just a URL?

youtube is the only video site worth doing. GOOGLE OWNS YOUTUBE so it will give all youtube videos higher priority and weight. BUT the only place in YT that does NOT have a NO FOLLOW is the description field... more details in my blog

Yeah, if they weren't showing up at first, I went back through and fixed the links. They should count, right?

I have youtube account, and i submit a few of my videos, one week later, other video site already copying indexing my videos with my URL, so IMO, if u submit just to youtube, it's enough.

most of the major video site will give you nofollow link. youtube these days dont even give you any link at all. link you put in the desciption is not a live link anymore

absolutely, but if u have easy to remember website, u gain traffic.. and i am loving it..

of course, all no-follow, but the traffic and stickiness to persuade to return visitors is the ultimate money.. so it's a good method until we kinda spam it :)
