Can somebody give me tips or tutorials where I can learn how to SEO dynamic websites? Is it different from optimization of static websites?
What script are you using? If the script doesn't have a way for you to add search engine friendly urls, individual meta tags for each page, and a sitemap, I wouldn't recommend you use it. You should also verify that the script you're using doesn't have that many W3C errors or is completely compliant because this can help out your SEO as well.

It also displays all the pages with page titles so it allows you to find duplicate page titles and duplicate pages. Often on dynamic sites you can access the same page with many urls so it lets you find these issues and fix them.
Take list of the all dynamic pages, enter them in Sitemap. All will be cached. And the remaining is common as like the static pages. Google gives same priority to both. No problem, cool
There aren't that many guidelines really other than what I mentioned above. Do your keyword research using Wordtracker or KeywordDiscovery and optimize your pages for the keywords you chose. Even if you do everything right on your main site, you still won't have a solid position in the search engines until you start building backlinks.
