Best CPA pays through paypal

    Hi can anyone suggest me best CPA that pays through paypal for Indians. Most of the signup process is to difficult, i tried neverblue but still pending. Is there any CPA for fast signup and which CPA have high paying free offers.. plz help me regarding this..suggest me the sites should earn atleast $10 per day.. thanks in advance...

    neverblue :) you have to get 1st check, clear it and ask your affiliate manager to get you the paypal instead of check :)

    If some one is good at referrals, it can work with any site but you need to have at least 5 good programs for this
