Small restaurant website - Need opinions

Hi everyone, i would like to get some comments about the design of a small website i just uploaded.
Please check if the buttons on top work well for you, a friend of mine said the clickeable area was not in the same place as the button's text.

Cool flash graphic, But it makes slow loading in my browser

 

The flash takes way too long to load. You won't get much search engine traffic, because they hate all flash sites. Make sure the restaurant phone number is in text on the home page - seriously, that is all I ever want from a restaurant home page.

 

Simple and neat, quick loading...you may want to add a preloader for those who still use dial-up though

 

Very professional. I would recommend, however, a couple of changes. On the home page, there is no link or identifiable place on the page to click . . . everyone here knows to click the image but casual web users are accustomed to clicking links. Secondly, while the scroll design fits the website theme . . . it may not be intuitive for some web users. You don't want ANY web users to leave your website because he/she did not know how to access the information. You're off to a great start. Best of luck!

 

Very nice but I would recommend an html version for search engines.

 

I like the 'grungy' feel to it.

But as said above, it took ages to load for me.

 

looking good just need to fill the site with contents.

 

Slow load for me, and the text over the background image made for a difficult read.

Thanks, i don't promote it i don't expect any traffict from search engines, that's why the site was made in flash. It's more of an image thing.

PNG graphics are heavy and if i chose to compress them they get fuzzy

There is no phone because there is no physical restaurant .
The service consists of a cheff for parties and special events.
I think there should be a phone anyway but the client doesn't want to receive calls.

Nice site, no errors, all menus worked, I like it.

 

Its just loading now.... I will have a shower and come back... Hope it loads by that time.....
seriously slow loading site .....

The design was good....
But have an normal HTML site ...

 

Added a preloader and reduced 60% the movie size, i will appreciate comments on speed now.
